Strategic advertising agency «MARKS UKRAINE» (www.marks.com.ua) is looking for a SENIOR ART – DIRECTOR.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Male/ female up to 40 years, high education, fluent English.
2. Work experience at the full-service advertising agency (network or local) on the similar position more then 2 years.
3. Work experience with the international and Ukrainian brands.
4. Skills of the standard graphic software package for design and DTP, FLASH-, WEB-, 3d-graphic- programs are an advantage.
5. Skills of hand drawing.
6. Conceptual thinking.
7. Knowledge of marketing and advertising rules, required for working at creative materials.
8. Knowledge of principles and mechanisms of creative materials influence on the consumer.
9. Designers management experience.
10. Professional portfolio with non-standard, creative works (not necessarily accepted by the client).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Development and embodiment of creative ideas in various directions.
2. A full spectrum of classical prints - projects works (OOH-breadboard models, Press, POS-materials, classical polygraphy), preparing advertising materials for Internet.
3. Controlling visual and artistic project realization on all stages, sketches development.
4. Working with briefs, carrying out tasks qualitative and in time, deadline maintenance.
5. Designers management.
6. Orientation and tracking the last trends of the creative, innovations and media market.
7. Work using knowledge of consumer’s social - demographic and psychological characteristics, consumption motives.
